Printable Bunny Headband Craft

I always enjoy simple seasonal crafts, especially ones that only require a printer and a few basic supplies. Easter is a great time for these kinds of activities because soft spring colors, bunnies, and flowers make everything feel cheerful and creative.

This printable bunny headband craft is one of those easy projects that comes together quickly but still feels really fun to make.

I designed this printable with two different styles so there’s a little variety depending on what you feel like making. One version includes flowers along the headband for a spring inspired look. The other version is a classic bunny ears design without flowers.

Both versions are included in the free printable, so you can choose your favorite.

Cardstock is my favorite option for printable headbands because it holds its shape a little better. If you want the ears to stand up a little more firmly, cardstock definitely helps.

How to Make the Bunny Headband

Step 1: Choose which version of the headband you want to make

You can pick the version with flowers for a bright spring look, or the simple bunny ears version without flowers.

Step 2: Print the bunny headband craft template

Use regular printer paper or cardstock. Cardstock works especially well if you want the headband to be a little sturdier while wearing it.

Step 3: Color the bunny ears and flowers

Use crayons, markers, or colored pencils to decorate the ears and flowers. This is the fun creative part where you can use pastel colors, bright spring colors, or any colors you like.

Step 4: Cut out the bunny ears and headband pieces carefully

If needed, an adult can help with the cutting, especially around the curved ear shapes and flower details.

Step 5: Attach the extender strips to each side of the headband

Continue adding strips until the band is long enough to comfortably fit around the head.

Make sure it fits comfortably before securing it.

Place the bunny headband on and enjoy wearing your finished bunny ears!
